With a strong academic foundation in Economics, having completed both her graduation and post-graduation from Ravenshaw University, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the academic arena. She has enriched the intellectual minds of B.Tech students at KIIT University through her dynamic teaching approach, which seamlessly blends theoretical constructs with practical application. Her pedagogical philosophy revolves around designing immersive courses that captivate and engage, effectively narrowing the divide between textbook economics and real-world dynamics. She excels in utilizing tangible examples to empower students to master case study analyses and apply pragmatic solutions systematically. Her exceptional communication skills have not only made her a standout faculty but have also fostered an environment of clarity and enthusiasm among her students.Her interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit have made her a valued colleague in academic circles and an inspirational figure for students. Recently, she has made notable contributions as a Research Assistant on an ICSSR-funded project. Presently she is doing her Ph.D. in Economics under KIIT University.

  • Paper titled: Evaluation of the generic medicine in the state of Odisha: An exploration of “Pradhan Mantri BharatiyaJanaushadhiPariyojana (PMBJP)” in the twin-city of Odisha in the Research Symposium held on 16th February 2023 on the occasion of Silver Jubilee celebration was rated as the Best paper and Best Poster presentation as it was one of the best ten papers out of 200 research papers.
