Her areas of research was use of English language in interpersonal communication in corporate sectors in Odisha. She is a certified psychometric assessor form TVRLS, negotiation skills from Michigan University, USA and also been certified by IIM, Bangalore for leadership and Business communication. A corporate trainer to many organizations  to her credit, she is also in the Academic  Board of Biju Patnaik University. She also owns the responsibilities as a member in the Recruitment and Selection Board of UCO Bank. Her research area primarily lies in Business Communication and in various areas of Human Resource Management. She creates purpose and direction and has excellency in better interpretation of topics and methods. Being always consistent with the learning objectives she is full of creativity and acclaimed by students for caring disposition, being a passionate Professor. He has an extensive experience of 45 years of service to his credit that includes 15 years in logistics management and inventory control domain in Indian Air Force, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India. He assimilated multifaceted skills in the journey of his career. He served in different positions for a decade in KIIT University i.e Chief Material and Head Human Resource Management. He teaches Human Resource Management, Strategy and Operation management. He has strong written and oral communication ability. He is a good coach and motivator. In his subjects of interest i.e. Supplying Chain Management, Patient care in a health system & Operation Management, MIS, Human Resource Management and HRD, Employee learning and development, Employee Engagement etc. His emphasis always remains alive for skills improvement, re-skilling & up-skilling, is a must phenomenon for all, whether student or employees. Currently he is pursuing his PhD. in Management from C.V. Raman Global University Bhubaneswar.
Prof. Kar has an unblemished track record of nearly 14 years of hands on experience in different B-School & 6 years of experience in various corporate across Odisha. To his credit he has published no. of articles from the domain of Finance and General Management in various Journals & Edited Books of National and International repute besides presented no. of papers at different National & International Seminars. He beliefs that the first unique dimension is the freedom to work on whatever topic we’re passionate about. Ours is a profession of hard knocks, with multiple rejections and harsh discussions, but if we’re working on what truly excites us, we’re willing to pick ourselves up and persevere. It also means that the years invested in a paper were well spent, even if you’re disappointed by the eventual publication outcome. We also have the freedom to work on open, unexplored questions, even combining insights and methodologies from outside of finance. Dr. Tatayya Bommali is an Associate Professor in Finance with 19 years of extensive academic and professional experience. He completed his Ph.D. in Commerce from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, focusing on financial inclusion in banking services. Along with his Ph.D., he holds an M.Com in Accounting and Taxation, an MBA in Finance, and a B.Ed. in Social Science and Telugu. As a certified IB Business Management Facilitator, he has also served as a Cambridge Accounts, Economics, and Business Facilitator, and a Cambridge University Exam Officer for AS and A Level assessments. Dr. Bommali is known for his innovative teaching methods, clear guidance, and commitment to creating a nurturing learning environment. He has worked in Villa College, Maldives in Partner Institute of University of West of England ( UWE Bristol, UK) where  he developed action strategy  for department  in consultation  with Associate Dean and lead the department on academic matter and promote continuous development. Very effectively, he involved himself in compliances to institutional  strategies in the process of teaching & learning. He too was involved in identifying  key cost drivers and interdependencies for effective budget allocation. He also worked in Catholic University in Erbil, Kurdistan Region- Iraq, where  his prime responsibilities were  for financial planning and forecasting. He also ensured that health, safety and environmental practices in the concerned department. He has 12 years of teaching experience and 7 years of experience in international corporates. He also worked as a senior Faculty & Head of Department  ( Business), Rustomjee Academy, Mumbai. He worked as an Associate Professor- HR & Humanities in Center for Management Studies, Odisha Engineering College and served   as a Professor & Dean, School of Business, ASBM University. As a Professor in Human Resources Management he served in Biju Patnaik Institute of IT and Management Studies (BIITM), Bhubaneswar before joining ASTHA S.M. During this long career spanning around 38 years, he worked for 22 years as an Economic Planner in the State Planning Machinery of the Planning & Coordination Department, Govt. of Odisha that involved assignments like: Economic Plan Formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects, programmes at the State and Sub-State levels. He also worked for 8 years in the Distinct Planning & Development Unit, Ganjam and apart from preparing local area development plans he was also engaged in preparation of specific target oriented Micro Plans for the development of Block, Village & Tribal pockets in ITDA and Non ITDA areas. Prof. Mohanty has served as a Technical Consultant to Industrial Management Consultant of Odisha, an NGO which undertakes socioeconomic surveys, Health Sector NRHM planning, Total Literacy Campaign (TLC) under National Literacy Mission (NLM).   He has experience in impacting training Government functionaries on decentralized planning, conducting evaluation studies of plan projects. Having a fascination for research, his participation in National and international seminars and publications adds substantial value to his profile.
