He has done his MSW from BJB Autonomous college. He has undertaken many project works like Household schedule in Slums, Status of Female Education among the Santhal Tribe etc. He likes teaching subjects like principles of Management, Organizational Behavior etc. He spearheads many events of the institute by the virtue of his flowless administrative competencies. He involves in shifting & sharing values, norms & behaviour. He boost confidence by learning about experience of others. He creates a continuous learning environment & involves himself in shifting shared values, norms & attitudes.  He has demonstrated abilities to be consistently individualize instruction based on students need and interest.
