Ashok Kumar Panda has an extensive experience of 45 years of service to his credit that includes 15 years in logistics management and inventory control domain in INDIAN AIR FORCE, Ministry of Defense, Govt. Of India. To his credit, he is MA, Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management, Personnel Management, and Marketing Management, besides MBA. He is Awarded Honorary Doctorate (Dr. h.c.) by Global Human Rights Trust, in Accreditations & Affiliation with AIU University, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, NITI Ayog & Ministry of Culture. He assimilated multifaceted skills in the journey of his career. He joined KIIT University as Chief Material Management and served in different positions for a decade. He too looked after various assignments: Training & Development, Hospital Compliances, Program Head in Skills Development. He also worked as Head Human Resource Management in Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. During peak wave of COVID-19, he managed Human Resources with a Stategic forecast, keeping epidemiological trend in mind.
