She has completed her MBA under Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. She has completed her LLB under Utkal University and PGDRD from Indira Gandhi Open University, New Delhi. She is now pursuing her PhD in “Strategic Integration of Brand Equity and Value Analysis: A Study on Destination Tourism of Odisha” at GIET University, Gunupur, Odisha. She has got 12 years of teaching experience in different Institutes and at different levels. She has published in different journals of repute and has got patents as well. In addition to that she has got real time experience in NAAC documentation and reporting process.
