She has completed her Ph.D. in Management from Sambalpur University. She has submitted her Ph.D thesis entitled on “Organizational Culture and Employee Job Satisfaction: A comparative Study of Public and Private Sector Banks with special reference to Odisha”. Her areas of research are on organizational culture, employee job satisfaction, use of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in Human Resource Management. She has around 12 years of teaching experience in the domain of HRM. Her interest area of teaching are Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefit Management and Principles and Practices of Management etc. She has attended many International and national conference, Workshop and symposium. She has co-ordinated in many national and international conferences. she has also published many articles in UGC Care, Scopus and ABDC category.
