She has completed her Ph.D. in Management from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack and MBA from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. She has more than 10 years of teaching experience in prominent B-Schools of Odisha. Before joining ASTHA School of Management she has served as Principal I/c and subsequently as Dean I/c at School of Professional Studies at DRIEMS University. She has taught various HR specialisation subjects such as Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning, Industrial Legislations, Employee Relations, Performance Management System etc. as well as General Management subjects such as Business Law, Principles of Management, Organisational Behaviour, Corporate Strategy, Organisational Change Management etc. Her area of research includes Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Work-life Balance and Employee Well-being. She has published one Book and four book chapters in different edited books as well as many research papers in reputed journals and conference proceedings. She has also presented numerous papers in national and international seminars and conferences. She has been involved in Administrative as well as different curricular and co-curricular activities such as Academic Planning and Coordination, Training and Placement Coordination, Student Mentoring and Counselling and Event Management. She has experience in organising FDPs, Seminars, Webinars, Expert Talk Sessions, Workshops along with many intra and inter-college competitions. She is also an AICTE certified UHV Trainer. She has been certified by TWARAN as an NLP Associate Practitioner and Emotional Intelligence and Happiness Coach.
