She has a Masters in the domain of Finance & Control from Utkal University and has completed her CMA (Intermediate) from ICMAI. Alongside, she is continuing her PhD in Management from Utkal University and also pursuing her CMA (Final). She has cleared UGC-NET (Management) in her first attempt. She has more than 7 years of professional experience in the field of teaching PG, UG and students from professional courses. Her fields of interest include Corporate Restructuring, Behavioural Finance, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Financial Derivatives, Financial Markets and Services and Strategic Management. She has been conducting seminars and webinars of SEBI and NSE in different institutions of Odisha. She has attended Faculty Development Programmes, Conferences and Workshops on National level. Apart from the arena of academics, she has organised numerous cultural and social events. Alongside, she is a voracious reader, a hungry learner, an incredible host and musically inclined. She embodies a cheerful aura and maintains a friendly demeanour. She takes to teaching more as an interactive and learning experience rather than a chore to be delivered.
