He has completed his Ph.D. in Management from CV Raman Global University. He is an M.Com and an MBA in Finance. He has also cleared ICWA (Inter) and a graduate of Law. He is shortlisted by BPUT as a guide for PhD candidates. An epitome of knowledge, humanity, patience, perseverance and passion, who is adept in classroom management skills, is a G.D. trainer & mentor. He is a UGC NET Qualifier in Commerce. Currently he is pursuing his PhD. in Management from C.V. Raman Global University Bhubaneswar.
Prof. Kar has an unblemished track record of nearly 14 years of hands on experience in different B-School & 6 years of experience in various corporate across Odisha. To his credit he has published no. of articles from the domain of Finance and General Management in various Journals & Edited Books of National and International repute besides presented no. of papers at different National & International Seminars. He beliefs that the first unique dimension is the freedom to work on whatever topic we’re passionate about. Ours is a profession of hard knocks, with multiple rejections and harsh discussions, but if we’re working on what truly excites us, we’re willing to pick ourselves up and persevere. It also means that the years invested in a paper were well spent, even if you’re disappointed by the eventual publication outcome. We also have the freedom to work on open, unexplored questions, even combining insights and methodologies from outside of finance. He is an amazing teacher who is committed and passionate about student’s overall growth.
