Sanjay Adlakha is a seasoned finance professional and academic with over two decades of experience spanning research, consulting, teaching, and corporate training. His expertise lies in financial management, corporate finance, valuation, IFRS, and financial modeling, with a strong track record of integrating research insights into practice. He has contributed to academia as Visiting Faculty at XIM University and as Faculty at ICFAI Business School, Bhubaneswar, where he not only taught core finance subjects but also developed case studies, knowledge resources, and analytical frameworks that enhanced student learning and academic rigor. As Director of Zetica Institute of Finance & Investment, he has been actively engaged in training and mentoring students and professionals in advanced areas financial analysis, IFRS training, valuation, and advanced financial modelling, while also leading workshops for corporate houses. His research-oriented consulting experience includes working with Pricewater house Coopers on the Orissa Power Sector Reform Project, where he applied business process reengineering and financial analysis to drive revenue improvement and structural reforms. He also held analytical and corporate finance roles at Transparent Value Pvt. Ltd. and Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd. Holding a PGDBA and CFA from ICFAI, Hyderabad, along with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, he currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at ASTHA School of Management and continuing his research-driven contributions to finance and management.
