Purpose

The purpose of this MoU is to establish a collaborative framework for the creation and operation of the “Centre for Neuroscience and Behavioural Research in Management” at ASTHA School of Management, Bhubaneswar.

The Centre shall focus on advancing education, training, and research that integrate the principles of Neuroscience, NLP, and Behavioural Sciences with Management, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership Development.

Vision and Objectives

The MoU aims to:
1. Develop and deliver world-class certification, diploma, and research programmes in Applied Neuroscience and Behavioural Management.
2. Facilitate joint academic and professional development activities for students, faculty, and corporate executives.
3. Promote interdisciplinary research, publications, and projects under the Centre.
4. Organise conclaves, summits, and public lectures in neuroscience, psychology, and management sciences.
5. Nurture employability, innovation, and emotional intelligence among management graduates.
