Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga is an ancient practice that may have originated in India. It involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being.
The practice of which helps students by reducing stress and adding confidence to help make their mind clearer and produce a sense of peace. Yoga also helps with controlling emotions and increases the ability to deal with situations, not in favour.
Health & Fitness Program
“Inter B-School Open Door Badminton Championship” was held on 30 November & 01 December 2019. In this mega sporting event, 80 teams from 50 different universities & institutes and 30 teams from 20 different corporate houses participated and clashed for the title.
