Submission of Extended Abstracts / Full Papers:

 

Extended abstracts / full papers should be sent to researchastha@asthaeducation.in .

 

Guidelines for Submission of Extended Abstracts:

  • The extended abstract should be submitted (on or before 08/05/2025) along with a Title Page and should not exceed 1000 words, excluding the Title Page and References.
  • The Title Page should clearly highlight the Authors’ Names, Affiliation & Contacts (E-mail ID & Mobile No.)
  • It should have minimum 5 to 6 Keywords.
  • The Title page and the abstract should be typed in ‘Times New Roman’ with font size 12, 1.5 lines space and 1 inch margin on all sides.
  • The extended abstract submission should be accompanied by a statement confirming that the work for which the abstract is being submitted represents the Author’s original work.

Submission of Full Papers

  • A Microsoft Word version of the full paper should be sent to the specified email address/ web-link. mentioned mail-id, so as to reach on or before 05 /06/2025. The guidelines for full paper submission are mentioned below :
  • The full paper should not exceed 4000 words excluding Title Page, Illustrations and References.
  • The paper should be typed in ‘Times New Roman’ with font size 12, 1.5 lines space between lines and 1 inch margin on all sides.
  • The title page must include Title of the paper , name of the author/ co-authors, designation, Affiliation, Contact Number & Email ID.
  • Reference should be written in APA -7 Edition format.
  • All papers will be reviewed & selected by a panel of eminent experts, based on originality , importance, research content, relevance, inferences, presentation and organization of the research.
  • In case of joint paper submission, all authors must register for seminar and at least one author must present the paper.
