With a distinguished academic foundation in law, Prof. Pramit Chandra Rout is a renowned legal scholar, educator, and researcher specializing in corporate law, AI governance, financial regulations, and economic policy. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Utkal University, an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from KIIT University, and an MBA in Finance. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Law at S’O’A Deemed to be University. An innovative educator, he seamlessly integrates legal theory with practical application, using interactive case studies, critical policy analysis, and real-world problem-solving to cultivate intellectual engagement. He is committed to incorporating value, skill development, and emerging technologies into pedagogy to enhance students’ employability and future career opportunities. He has earned over 30 certification credits from platforms like Coursera, NPTEL, and SWAYAM in areas including AI, communication, and technology, further enriching his expertise. Previously, he has served as a Research Assistant at IIT Kharagpur and KIIT School of Law, contributing to projects on justice administration, financial inclusivity, and regulatory frameworks. A prolific author, he has written numerous books and peer-reviewed research papers in UGC CARE-listed and SCOPUS-indexed journals, shaping contemporary discourse on law, technology, and governance.
