He had his M.Com from IGNOU, New Delhi and earned PhD from Ravenshaw University , Cuttack. To his credit he has also completed Post Graduate Diploma in  International Business from IGNOU, New Delhi. He has worked in Villa College, Maldives in Partner Institute of University of West of England ( UWE Bristol, UK) where  he developed action strategy  for department  in consultation  with Associate Dean and lead the department on academic matter and promote continuous development. Very effectively, he involved himself in compliances to institutional  strategies in the process of teaching & learning. He too was involved in identifying  key cost drivers and interdependencies for effective budget allocation. He also worked in Catholic University in Erbil, Kurdistan Region- Iraq, where  his prime responsibilities were  for financial planning and forecasting. He also ensured that health, safety and environmental practices in the concerned department. He has 12 years of teaching experience and 7 years of experience in international corporates. He also worked as a senior Faculty & Head of Department  ( Business), Rustomjee Academy, Mumbai. He has corporate experience to his credit  where he worked in private Bank i.e Gulf Bank, RAK Bank, and JM financials as a Senior Sales Officer  and Client Relationship Manager. The most other potentialities  he has is his effectiveness teaching includes an engaging classroom presences and value in real-world learning. Allocates scary assignments  for students to get through hurdles in the corporates.
