She has completed her Master in Business Administration having specialization in Human Resources Management from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. She secured Rank Second in BPUT PhD Entrance Exam in 2015, Rank Second in Political Science Intermediate Level, Rank Second in English Degree Level. Having started her career as a guest faculty she worked as an Asst. Professor in Institute of Technology and Management, Berhampur, Aryan School of Management and Ganesh Institute of Management studies , Bhubaneswar. As an expert in her field, in HR has a deep understanding of the principles, theories, and best practices related to human resources management. She teaches courses that cover topics such as recruitment, selection, employee training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, OB, Man power planning Performance Management, and strategic HRM etc. She possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She loves  to inspire and engage students, as well as collaborate with colleagues in the academic community and industry professionals. She is a good event organizer. Some of her strengths are a good communicator, observant leadership qualities, positive attitude and professional commitment. She has hobbies i.e. dancing, singing hosting and writing poems. Her patience and understanding are unsurpassed. She is par in exhibiting proactiveness and resilience amidst varied turbulent circumstances. She feels life is an inexorable institution  for ever expedition.
