She is a master of commerce from Shri Shikshayatan college, Kolkata, West Bengal, after completing B.Com from DAV School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar. As in the teaching profession her interests are deeply rooted in her passion for imparting knowledge and fostering a comprehensive understanding of finance among the students. Creating dynamic and engaging courses that to bridge the gap between the theory and practices is also her passion. She likes to incorporate real world examples and get students well versed in solving different case studies and applying hands on knowledge in a systematic manner. She believes that students should be primarily have analytical and critical thinking skills that would make them to  navigate in the complexities of financial market by changing, whether they would like  to be investment analyst, financial manager or entrepreneur. Keeping her updated and abreast of the industry happenings, developments & emerging trend with a sole aim of making teaching most relevant and impactful. It is also her passion to design customized training program, that to address the unique challenges and opportunities in the world of finance. She is committed to provide actionable insights and practical solutions in her approach. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in Birla Global University, Odisha.
