Tulika Singh is MBA (HR) from Utkal university powered and backed by the degrees likePh.D. in management and PGDCA. Dr Tulika has a teaching experience that spans nearly 15 years. She keeps updating herself with the latest knowledge in her discipline. She is dedicated, keen on taking initiatives and ensures timely completion of assignments. Her research interests are in Human Resource Management and behavioral science. Her work has been published in several National and International Journals Her areas of expertise are HRM and OB. She was also associated with Orissa Engineering College and CV Raman Global university as assistant professor in HR. At present she is associate professor HR, in Astha school of Management. She believes that everything is a learning experience and having a passion to learn things keeps one constantly growing.
