Astha School of Management implements the curriculum provided by
Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT).
ASTHA School of Management has a systematic proctorship programmes. The students are selected based on the suggestions of proctors to be a representative of various committees and clubs.
Student representatives participate in various administrative activities as part of following committees:
1. Internal Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC)
2. Internal Complaints Committees
3. Sexual Harassment Committee
4. Placement Committee
5. Hostel Committee
6. Canteen Committee
Student Clubs: Students organize and participate in several co-curricular and extracurricular activities through different clubs in the form of cultural club and management club which are constituted under the guidance of faculty members.
Participation in Co-curricular and Extra-curricular Activities:
Students participate in different events organized by ASTHA School of Management as well as those organized by other institutions and universities such as B- School Meets ,Annual functions, Sports, Cultural Meets, seminars, workshops and corporate talks etc.
Student representation in the committees, clubs and events mentioned above ensures a holistic development and beyond the classroom learning.

ASTHA School of Management Alumni Association (ASMAA) is a progressive association of ASTHIANS that contributes significantly in student mentoring, institution building and community work.
Alumni Contribution
The alumni are involved in the following activities:
1. Mentorship Programme: The alumni volunteer for mentoring students to make them corporate ready. A group of students are in constant touch with their alumni mentor and receive inputs for their future growth .Mr. Jabir (batch 2016-18),Ms. Bishnupriya (batch 2016-18) and Mr. Ankit Agarwal (batch 2013-15) are invited to acts as mentors to students preparing for corporate career and entrepreneurship.
2. Career Talks: Alumni come for career talks at the institute and share the best avenues available for the students.
3. Events and Observations: Alumni are also a part of events that are organized at the institute such as celebrations like Independence day, Republic day, Rangrez, Prakalpa, Shuttle Smashers, Seminars and Talk Shows.
4. Value Added Courses: Alumni provide their inputs in adopting, designing and delivering Value Added Courses in the institute.
5. Feedback: Alumni provide feedback on curriculum and institutional activities on a regular basis. The feedback is reviewed and action is taken at the IQAC meetings.
